To review your customer’s orders, go to your Profile in the top right corner of the Drip homepage, select the ‘Orders’ tab and then ‘Sold’. Here, you can download shipping labels, share tracking information, and chat directly with your customers via the Drip messaging tool.
Identifying Your Buyer
- The information listed for each order:
- Buyer name
- Buyer address
- Buyer username on Drip for easier identification
Select Service Level of Your Shipment
- Click on Custom next to the customer name for each order to bring up a new screen where you can select the level of service that the order will ship via. You can also add the ability to require signature and add insurance to the shipment here as well. Please ensure that both ship to and ship from addresses are correct at the bottom of this screen.
Setting Package and Weight Dimensions For All Open Orders
- If you would like to change the package dimensions for all your open orders (ie you use a standard bubble mailer for shipment) you can do this by clicking Custom on an order ****and then change the dimensions and weight (if applicable). Next click the box next to Apply this Dimensions to all other packages and the box next to Apply this Weight to all other packages and ****finish by clicking Save under the Print Slip drop down menu.
Separating Your Orders Per Customer
- You can also split up shipments per customer by clicking the box to the left of the item’s name and then clicking Undo Combine. If you want to recombine the items to one shipment you can click the box next to the customer’s name for each order and then click Combine.
Changing Your Label Size
- If you use a thermal printer to print out your shipping labels, you can select the 4x6 label size to print out accordingly. To do this click Custom on the order and then scroll down to the Print Slip drop-down menu. Here you can select 4x6, click Save under it then click Save and continue on the right-hand side of the screen to have this setting repeat for all open orders.
Bulk Printing Your Labels
- To quickly print off a bulk shipping label including ALL open orders, simply click on Select All at the top of the screen and then Bulk Label on the far right. Here, a window will pop-up and give you the option to Download, Print or Email the label.

‼️ Once you’ve purchased your labels, there will be a Print Scan option available. Click on Select all, and select the orders you’re adding to the print scan. This makes it so the carriers scan 1 label when you have multiple shipments**.
